We've found the optimal quantity is 300 pieces/color/style. This might be difficult for customers just starting out, but if you go below that, we believe the increased costs will be disappointing.

    Delivery

    For first-time customers, we recommend door-to-door courier delivery. We have partnered with several freight forwarders who offer affordable rates and deliver goods directly to you. This can save you a lot of hassle for new importers, allowing you to focus more on your business.

    For experienced customers, we offer sea and air freight services, which require custom clearance, resulting in lower costs.

    Payment Terms

    After confirming the design, we need you to pay a 50% deposit before we can start sample making and production, and the remaining 50% must be paid before shipment. Of course, if you are already an established brand owner, we are willing to provide you with free custom samples, just let us know.

    Size

    We provide standard size charts for various countries. Usually we make 3 sizes for 200 pieces of clothing.

    After-sales service

    For missing products, we provide a refund of the unit price.
